The Oyster Pail Mushroom Grow Kits (Guaranteed to Flush):
Our Oyster Pail Grow Kits are guaranteed to produce at least one flush of mushrooms. If your kit fails to fruit, we will gladly replace it, subject to the following conditions:

30-day Growth Period: We require that the kit be kept in acceptable growing conditions for at least 30 days before a replacement claim can be made. Please consult our FAQs for tips on optimal growing conditions.

Photo Documentation: To process a replacement, you must submit six (6) clear photographs:

One (1) photo of each fruiting site Min. of 4 total.

One (1) photo of the bottom of the kit after opening.

One (1) photo of the top of the kit after opening.

Mushroom Cultivation Supplies:
Unused and unopened cultivation supplies, including but not limited to cultivation bags, pails, substrate, logs, and soil amendments, may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Fruiting Blocks (Spawn Media):
Due to the sensitive nature of spawn media, we do not accept returns on fruiting blocks.
General Return Policy for Eligible Items:

Prior Approval Required: All returns require prior authorization through our website. Please contact us through the designated return portal on our site to initiate the return process.

14-Day Return Window: Eligible non-living products must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Customer Responsibility for Shipping: Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels or reimburse shipping expenses.

Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund. Photo documentation of the damage or error may be required.
